At Glass & Stone Pottery Studio, we want to help you discover the magic and beauty of working with clay. Building and shaping pieces with your hands and tools, harnessing the heat of the kiln to transform your work into stone and glass of every color and style, creating something - a bowl, a cup, a statue, a vase - that’s both uniquely yours and part of a tradition more than twenty thousand years in the making.
Our regular pottery classes are $200 per month for weekly 4-hour instructor-led sessions, plus access to the Open Studio time from 9-5 every Saturday. Your first month will see you creating your own pieces, trimming and decorating them for the kiln, and taking home finished work to enjoy. Ongoing students can choose to participate in projects and challenges to build their skills or explore the world of ceramics on their own, supported by the studio and the community of students around them.

Class Sessions and Waiting Lists
Our class sessions are Sunday Morning and Afternoon, Tuesday Matinee and Evening, Thursday Afternoon, and Friday Evening. If you don’t see one of those sessions in the scheduling app below, the class is full; send us an email to add your name to our waiting list. You’ll be notified whenever seats open up in your preferred session times.
Workshops and Special Events
In addition to our regular monthly pottery classes, we also hold one-time workshops and events throughout the year. Some events require existing knowledge of pottery skills and techniques, while others are open to anyone curious about pottery and looking to get their hands dirty without committing to a full class.
